2009 User Group Meeting Agenda

Schedule

July 15th (Wednesday)

• 7 AM to 8 AM : Optional pre-meeting brisk walk – We’ll get a little exercise before the meeting and speed dorkily around the town and river. ( Meet in front off the Exeter Inn )
• 9 AM to 5 PM : BR User Group Meeting ( Exeter Inn )
• 6 PM Cocktail Party ( Brick River Office)  We’ve provided a map on how to walk to our office

July 16th (Thursday)

• 7 AM to 8 AM : Optional pre-meeting brisk walk – We’ll get a little exercise before the meeting and speed dorkily through the academy fields and woods. ( Meet in front off the Exeter Inn )
• 9 AM to 3PM : BR User Group Meeting (Exeter Inn)
• 2:30 PM:  We’ll do a walk and talk breakout to the farmer’s market in Swasey Park
• 5 PM: Tearful end of user group meeting.
• 6 PM : There is a concert  at Swasey park

July 17th (Friday)

• Brick River Fun Day | Optional:  Meet in front of the Exeter Inn.  We will go to either New Castle and beaches in NH, Maine or Newburyport depending on the votes of those attending fun day.

July 18th (Saturday)

• 10 AM to 5 PM: 2009 American Independence FESTIVAL (Downtown Exeter, and Swasey Park.  Town is shut down – lots of food and festivities.)
• 6:45 PM : Evening Concert  (Swasey Park)
• 8:45 PM : Fireworks (Swasey Park)
